One new scheme “ Mukhyamantri Kendu leaf Welfare Fund” with provision of Rs 50.0 Crores from state budget has been introduced during the Financial year 2023-24 which was utilized in distributing 25% advance Bonus to Pluckers & 5% advance Incentives to Binders & Seasonal Staff . Further, during financial year 2024-25 provision of Rs. 100 Crores has been made in the State Budget under the scheme “Kendupatra Tolali Kalyana Yojana” .
