Production target of 3.01 lakh qtls with budget provision of Rs 488.99 Crores have been approved for 2024 crop by the 1st KLCC under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary, Odisha on 08.02.2024. With enhancement of kerri price, labour rate and increase in the remuneration, TA, Cycle allowance and engagement period, the revised budget stands at Rs 520.38 Crores and till August'2024, expenditure of Rs 434.81 Crores has already been made.
